Caitlin Slack, also known as "Slacko", is an Australian-based design and sports student. As an athlete, Caitlin has achieved numerous successes both on and off the sporting field in archery. With a belief that "Sport should be accessible to all", she has strived to achieve her aim to create accessible sporting equipment for those of all abilities. As a designer, she has tried to prove that products should not only be accessible to those who are able-bodied but that everyone should be able to have the same level of access to products. Within Archery, Caitlin has been an athlete, a volunteer, a coach, and has worked on the Archery ACT committee. Her work in Archery ACT was recognised in 2023 with the states annual volunteer of the year award.
