These projects came around from a need for affordable alternatives for chest guards for youth archers. Chest guards are a key piece of safety equipment for the sport of archery as it stops athletes from 1. getting their shirts caught in the string and 2 protecting their soft tissue from any damaged caused by the string over the long term.  All the designs pictured above are available for sale on my Etsy.
